I've been with Deloitte for a while now and I have been on the same project for a very long period of time where I do stupid work and due to which my learning has been hindered. My team is also not very supportive and they don't like me much. I have started looking out for opportunities in my domain but I'm hardly getting any calls.

The question is: I have never lied on my resume before but want to know, is it okay if I exaggerate or fake projects on my resume?

What’s better? (Both in NYC)
1. agency: variety of some big brands, ability to build portfolio, lower salary

2. in-house: nothing fancy to show for portfolio, creating the voice for the brand, higher salary (30-50k higher)

Partners, what are signs/examples that a project’s leadership is prioritizing the clients needs over the team beyond the normal ‘nature of client service’? Is a convo is worth it?

Thoughts about MBB offices in Doha? How’s the culture, WLB, range of projects, etc.?

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

How many days does Deloitte take to release the offer for an immediate joiner?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.
