Hi Folks, Need suggestions here -

I got selected for a role at HSBC. On April 29th, I received a shortlisted email from HR to share the documents over email and HR discussion was done and I was told after approvals, the offer letter would be released. so, I tried to follow up on the same and she said it is on hold for now. What does this mean?
Should I move on and look for other opportunities? Please help.
