what to do with aaron rodgers?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Don’t do that! Market can go down and you may not find an apt opportunity. Don’t be desperate.
If u are confident enough that you know lot of stuff then yes. However I will suggest give interview by saying u have 60 days notice period, once u have offer letter the put down paper and search for counter offers.
I tried this trick and many companies saying like your company is 90 days notice period. I got struck in that issue. So only i am thinking to drop and search
No..
Not a wise idea.
If you do so, make sure to have an answer to a question from them "why are you on notice without any offer"
It's upto your capabilities. You apply only to tier 1 companies(amazon, microsoft, Zoho, freshworks, atlassian..etc) and crack the interview. They won't mind about 90 days notice period.
Don't drop paper, we should all insist to change the notice period to 30days in every company, so this issue wont raise..
90days means a quater we are serving in notice... They won't give any recognition not appreciation and due to this we are forcefully stayed back
I would recommend that you don't resign without an actual offer in hand. I've been in this situation before and trust me you don't need that added stress of serving notice period without holding an offer. Finding a new job is a long grueling process and even though you might be confident that you'll find an offer during notice period it's not a sure thing. Study the market, find out what is current hiring situation for your technology and then start applying everywhere. Hope you find what you're looking for. All the best!
First try mentioning notice period as 60 days or around that instead of 90 days.
If the above does not work,
Place papers if you are confident enough that you can crack interview.Because few companies start to treat us like unknown after we place paper and start overloading us.
And in btw you have to focus and prepare to crack an interview.
Along with this there may be some personal issues as well.
However as your notice period gets close to the end.You will gain lot of interview experience and you will easily get one or 2 offers in hand..
Hope it helps!
All the best
Thank you
If you're confident about your skills and prepare enough.
Go ahead and put your papers.
I did the same, I do have 3 offers In hand and still 46 days to go. 👍
*But be confident in your approach especially with the technical interview.
All the best.
Apply to Deloitte they allow 90 days notice period, once you get in to that, resign and then apply to other companies else join Deloitte.
Same happend with me, Was not getting offers due to 90 days clause. At last put my papers last month. Now I have 2.5 months to find job. Also dont tell interviewer ur on notice just qoute the notice period left as joining date.
How is it going for you, so you mean to every HR you would communicate your remaining days as your NP, right? And would never mention that you are already on NP
Better drop paper and search but make sure u have attended as many interviews to be prepared on what’s being asked
Yeah it is very diffcult but there are so many companies..try to get before putting papers unless you are financially very sound..
