Hi Folks, recently I received an offer letter from HCL.
My question is, I have submitted all the Candidate information form along with form 11 which includes PF and UAN details. Now in the last moment if I don't join HCL , will they create my pf account ?
Because I have seen people facing this issue that even before informing 1 week , they have created the pf account for that person.

Hello LTItes, i joined LTI a month back.
I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.
