Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I left a good impression on the CFO but would to see what else so can do when meeting with the team since it’ll be a 2.5 hour meet up. I’m really excited!

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.
Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
