Chennai based Java full stack developer with GCP Professional Architect certification, ACE, OCA 8 certification, 5 years in Java and 2.5 years in React, 1 year in Angular 2+, Some certifications on Gen AI, Docker, Junits, very basic knowledge in using Figma for designing wireframe and prototype. Made just 1 jump.

How much can I expect as CTC in new jump?

Almost a week with On-site interview and it’s been a radio silence from my recruiter. Should I reach back to them or is it normal? Not at all impatient, just trying to know what’s the norm.

Any advice on how to get clients to pay your invoice on time / what to do when they don't? I'm currently working with an agency who agreed to net 30 terms, but has been late with every invoice so far...It's probably a lost cause on this particular job, but Im wondering if there's anything I can do in the future to avoid this situation. HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable).
YOE : 10.6 years.
