Such a shitty organization asked for wfh just for the day which was supposed to be our wfo day and thus making it an exception for a week of wfo and returned to hometown as had a demise in the family. Asked for compassionate leave instead of wfh permission instead and guess what the SEnior manager responded ok please send the cancelled ticket which you booked for coming to the base location. No take care no surprise no humanity plain bullshit

Yes, everything is getting tracked.
If you are not coming to office, make sure your performance is top notch. Any performance issue and they will make policy non-compliance as the reason to put you out. These tactics are being discussed to reduce the head count. You will soon see many folks being put on PIP.

Been a coach at the collegiate level for 6 years. Make a $65k salary. Want to leave coaching and break into sales/marketing/recruiting/consulting. I have ample leadership and recruiting experience with a strong work ethic.

Friends..
I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". Got opportunity for a global meeting to attend in Europe but my PM destroyed that opportunity for me. Past 3 days haven't worked a bit ,felt disappointed and am feeling depressed, it would have been my first abroad visit and the Visa is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.
