1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.

Just got briefed to come up with a brand tagline and I quote: “Client is expecting action in the tagline, some sort of verb.” No other information, except what I already know of the brand by virtue of working on it. When I asked to speak with the client, my request was denied. Absolutely incensed with the servicing team. Not sure how to tell them this is unacceptable without screaming!
