Total YOE is 2.9 years

Current CTC is 10.7 lpa ( 9.6 fix + 1.1 Variable)

Today received one offer from EY for CTC of 14.2 lpa ( 12 fix + 2.2 variable )

Should i switch to EY ? Is it worth it ?
Have completed just 6 months in infy

I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate

3. New company founded in 2020 with 150 people approx(company policy seems good and learning seems good), yet to receive offer from them.

Looking for learning -3.5 YOE in development but in old stack and support mostly.

Currently working at Infosys as associate consultant

Joined as fresher, 3.7 yrs exp, package is not increasing

If I do parallel MBA, will Infy increase package ?

Or any chances of getting recruited again as MBA fresher with higher package ?
