i got offer letter from HCL after bgv clearance
i got early release from my company& joined HCL on July 31st
on the day of my joining,suddenly HR called by afternoon and told me that my bgv status red and they also dont know why
by evng they sent me the bgv report
its a minor mistake from their side
again they initiated bgv
hr told once it cleared only they will onboard
am really afraid
I resigned my job to join hcl

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
