What’s a good comp package for a Director level industry role non HCOL? ~11+ years of experience in big 4

Can anyone please confirm the compensation structure at PwC AC/SDC? Like Fixed+var etc..and how much is the average range for each component? I'm looking for ERP technology.

I hope Ac and Sdc are same?

Resigned from TCS and LWD was a week ago. I received August's salary credited to my account. I cannot find the payslip in Alumni Portal.

Should I be happy with just receiving my 3rd promotion in less than 2.5 years to Senior Consultant? Company growing fast, tenured employees getting burnt out/leaving and room opened up to move up quickly. Change in leadership recently as well. Was offered 17.5% increase and this is my first job out of school. I don’t want to grow too fast, but this seems too good to be true…

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

Looking for some insights on compensation range (base and bonus) for 3rd year Manager in Deloitte US, Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice (C&M). Would location influence the pay (for example New York vs So Cal)? Currently in Deloitte at another geographic and weighing joining Deloitte US or going freelance as an Innovation and Strategic Design consultant. Would it be difficult to get a job in IA if most of my experience has been auditing private non-404 asset mgmt funds? I really enjoy process walkthroughs when I have them though. Also, does title matter that much in IA? I’m a manager now, but based on job descriptions it looks like I might have to go for a senior auditor role because audit manager roles generally call for 8+ years from what I’m seeing. Can title be negotiated?

Does anyone feel like going into internal audit has pigeonholed them in IA? Trying to decide to leave public for IA but I would like the option to go back to an accounting role if I want.
