Hi Guys , i am joining ey gds next month.

I checked with people in same tech and got to know that who joined in FEB are still on bench as no projects( manager is saying it is in pipeline)
1. How is bench policy in ey ?
2. How is job security ?
3. Will bonus hike impact utilisation is low.
4. Will they put in random tech if there are no projects?
5. Post FEB also they hired 4/5 more consultants in same tech even earlier hired are on bench ?

How is scenario in ey ? Kindly guide 🙏🏻

Does LTI change joining date , my issue is my notice period is 30 days remaining but due to some dependency it may be extended 10 to 15 days. What can I do in this situation ?
