I joined on Nov 2020 in EY GDS as Senior 1,so when I will be getting progression for senior 2?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

What have you found most helpful in training up a very green junior brand planner or junior strategist? Any particular trainings or resources that are great at teaching foundational skills? I’ll be pulling them into projects and teaching through doing but I need some assistance in building up their core skills/training the strategy muscle.

Full Stack .net Dev with exp 7yr. What type of work role can be expected from Infosys? What is scope of growth? And what could be the max expected salary offering?

Starting to think about making the switch from agency to brand side. Any tips from strategists who have already made the jump? And is there a level at which it makes the most sense (i.e. should I wait until I make Director and then make the switch, or does it not really matter)?

I'm working with EPAM, 7.8 yoe as dot net full stack with ctc 26LPA.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Any thoughts?
