I appeared for f2f interview rounds in Barclays 3 weeks ago. After that I received a congratulations email asking for all relevant documents around 2 weeks ago. Also, a couple of days later the communication, I received another confirmation from referral agency HR that I've been selected for the position and I'll be contacted directly by Barclays for further process. But I haven't received any communication from them after that. It's been almost 2 weeks. Is this normal?

I am tempted to buy more stocks, but I also need the cash in next 6-10 months 😞
