Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Do better at claiming deductions to not get a tax return so I can stop giving interest free loans to the government. 😉
I can change mine on the same internal site that I view my paychecks. If that is not an option you should be able to print off a W4 from the IRS website, fill it out, and hand it to your payroll dept.
1. Fund 6 month emergency fund in HYSA
2. Pay off debts
3. Contribute maximum to Roth IRA
4. Donate to charity
5. Treat yourself
6. Save cash for a big ticket item like car, vacation, down payment
7. Invest in taxable brokerage account like Fidelity or Vanguard (whoever you have your IRA with)

I plan to file them around 4/15 because I owe a small amount fed and state. Are you asking how to file or what to do with your refund?
If the latter need more info - do you have any nonmortgage debt? Have you maxed IRA?

What to do w refund, looking at paying off some small cc debt and then a high interest student loan, and socking away some too
If you have high interest debt that should take priority.
Also, you didn't ask for a lecture but if you use a "windfall" to pay off cc debt be very careful to not fall back into habits that created the debt in the first place. Credit cards are very rewarding when you pay them off timely and pay no interest but are incredibly expensive if you carry a balance at 15-25%.
I’m gonna file it.
Now my tax refund on the other hand...
