When will i receive next assessment in mail they mention for recorded competency video and English assessment

Is it usually takes this long time to even get a interview round?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.

Hi, I have an offer of 22 lakh (YOE: 8) from Temenos, my skillsets are AWS and Azure cloud platform (IaaS and PaaS) and devops. My visa to Canada is initiated and I have been told that I can travel immediately once I get the visa. Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?

Hey everyone! What decent reason can I give for leaving sooner than notice period? I have 2 months NP. Would love to get out of here in a month. My boss let a teammate go in 2 weeks with same NP who said that he had COVID and need a long break from work. He was actually switching job while he got COVID. Same story won't work for me. I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.
But due to some health reasons I'm missing deadlines from 1 month.
But my team lead is telling you are not working. Even if I say i have some health issues I may not be able to work like before.She is not listening she has escalated to my manager, my manager is 2X of her even he yells at me.
