Do you have a product portfolio? I have case study details on features I've released but so far have only needed as reference notes in interviews. I have an upcoming interview where they specifically want to discuss my portfolio and want to ensure I'm correctly prepared.

What's the normal amount of time you've waited to hear back after an interview that isn't a final round? Is it normal to be waiting a full week after a R1 or R2 interview with no word on whether you're moving forward? And is it a sign or nonsign?

Maybe I have trust issues but I can’t be one of those people that tell their co-workers they are interviewing for other jobs. Unless I have a signed offer, background check complete, and a definite start date, ask me and I will say “I intend on sticking it up till I make Partner” Coz man, these co-workers can do you dirty.

My wife was 4 month pregnant when she gave interview at Harman Con. Before interview she clearly communicated same to recruiter and he was fine with that. After interview she got selected and received an offer letter. Which she accepted and put resignation in her current company. to complete 80 days b4 to take pregnancy leave in org she fought hard and negotiated her notice period of 3 months to 45 days only. Now harman is denying to take her onboard. She can't take resignation back. What to do.
