I’m curious to know how long they usually take to provide feedback and where I can check if this role is BA4 or BA3. Also, do they calculate the expected CTC based on the present CTC? What’s the maximum range I can expect?

No WFH set-up cost for new joiners
The organization does provide chair/monitor/mouse/keyboard for WFH ease but then we have to return it while leaving organization.
