Hi Guys, I don't have foreign visa yet. My siblings lives in foreign since 7 yrs!

If I apply for a Visitor Visa as a working person, Visa agent told me that I need a letter from Wipro stating that I will be off during xx to yy days (zz week).

That letter needs to be issued on Wipro letter head/ PDF in email for leaves approval. Will Wipro provide me such letter? Who can provide such letter (HR/L1/PMO/ someone else)?

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

Note: didnt tried to contact them from 1week as some people said you would receive it soon

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
