Hi Guys ,i have cleared manager round in Accenture for SAP Abap position.
My current ctc is 8.5 lpa and 3.8 years of experience,means by the time notice period ends it will be 4 years and the position is based in Bangalore.
So considering all above ,how much should i demand?

question is, they will negotiate with me or they have rejected my profile ?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Gratuity Form L is given to me, by what time can I expect the payment?

From last 40-50 day's; I get call from HR ...
.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Will i get interviewed @accenture or not....
