I have received offer letter from Capgemini and my LWD is in Sept. I have already put down papers and shared all confirmation to HR. I am MBA passout of an IIT.

Now the Capgemini bgv team is not able to get my credentials verirfied as the IIT doesn't entertain any mails and only portal verification process has to be followed. Not sure the team is following the procedure as they have to incur charges of Rs. 1000

Can someone tell me will this create any issue in my offer ?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
Also it would be great if someone can give guidance on exit clearances as I'm worried that I will miss out something.

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Will they give me exp letter?
