Hi guys, I've cleared all my rounds at HSBC and also had a salary discussion last week with the HR. My application status is showing as "Offer in progress" and also HR confirmed the same last week that will be receiving the offer mid of the week but I have not yet received any mail or the offer letter.. Is it normal at HSBC that things are bit slow or the process takes time?

If they say mid next week it means by eod of next to next week in HSBC 😄. But be assured that they will release the OL for sure. The approvals take time in HSBC.

Yes buddy. Have seen many such cases for other people too. One common thing is they are delayed but they do respond.

hsbc hr team is a lil slow, just keep following up

Asking for a friend:
My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
