Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Lol. Thats what PwC pay to a Manager, not associate.
Manager starts at £50k so SA will go quite below that
CS1 a SA in deals can range from £35-55k depending on team

Senior Associate is the equivalent of Senior Consultant at Deloitte right ?
Because SC at Deloitte start at 52k +5k benefits, so if SA at PWC is below 50, i really won't consider going there
From my understanding they overlap somewhat. For reference some make it to M in consulting within 4 years of joining if they are good. This is less rare outside of consulting though, especially for external hires at SA. What YOE does it take to hit SC at D?
