Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

This stressed me out so bad when I was in your shoes and in hindsight I wished it hadn't. Enjoy your time and don't feel guilty. When work does come, acknowledge it promptly and take the time to get it right. Then, when you've made a good impression, more comes...and so on and so on.
You can ask for work but be wary of overcommitting. A slow start that builds a good reputation is so much better than mismanaged time while you're learning to balance.

If you are still wfh - do pretty much whatever you want as long as you can return home within 30 minutes when needed! So jealous of you right now😰

Read up on the law and industry of your practice and then do all if what JA1 said.

Flip the order. Do what JA1 said first, and then maybe consider this
