My doj in deloitte usi is on july , I got early release from my current organization(15th may lwd ) so I informed my hr to changed the doj to possible may 27th or june 2nd and share the revised ol

He said like, he will make the changes on 19th or 20th of may and keep doj as june 2nd. My concern here is why can't he send it before my lwd why he is waiting till 18 or 19 to make changes? Is it a bad sign?

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens.
