I have nearly 4 years of experience as a business analyst in service-based companies, mainly working on web and mobile applications without a specific domain focus like insurance or healthcare.

I've received an offer from a service-based organization that serves multiple domains, but I aim to gain exposure in a specific area.

Given the current market conditions, should I accept this offer or continue searching for one that aligns with my goals?

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.
