But I am thinking of switching my roles to any techno-functional roles like BA or any techno-functional consultant,as I dun want bear any stress in coding.. basically I have lost interest in it.
Can anyone let me know...which role I can switch if I have coding experience.
Is Consultant domain/job provides better future or salary....

Hi All! I need some quick advice. Is it better to go for a MBA (over 17k in debt) or a ProSic certification? My company would cover the cert, but they don’t offer any tuition reimbursement, unfortunately… I want to be at the Director level in 5years, but I’ve heard I need a graduate degree to even be considered… I’ve considered leaving my current company just for better benefits/pay.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Journalism is the best job in the world but I feel like people are less likely to take my work seriously because I am female. So it's like they automatically think the only things I would be good at writing about are fluffy little human interest stories. I'm just a reporter like everyone else. Actually there is one management group based in kolkata. They are offering me vendership for call center executive. But they are asking initial 1k per candidates for the insurance purposes. Insurance for assets they are providing like Mobile etc .
