Hi guys, Please be careful while investing your time and efforts with IQVIA , here HRs are very unprofessional that they play with candidate's career, they keep dragging the offer after collecting documents for BGV and keep delaying then they just ghost you , total waste of time

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. And no talks of a promotion / raise..

The hiring manager didn't want to move forward with a candidate because of his gut feeling. The candidate had the experience and skills necessary but couldn't put his finger on why he didn't want move forward.

The only answer he could was that she asked if pay could be changed and asked about benefits.

I smell bias all the way
