Hi All,
I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.
Can someone explain me what should be the matter or its likes goes only in deloitte? Deliotte

Always, always be honest. Disclose all the information. Relevant or not. Please don't try to hide/remove anything. It does create problems during BGV. And while you may get the offer/job, at any later stage or future job it will create problems. The relevance shouldn't matter. Integrity is one thing all big companies are big on.

It should not create issue in background verification just that you have to be transparent and convincing enuf

See disclose it. They can't know for which skill or domain you have worked. Just mention you existing skill in your first company experience. Stay confident.
