Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I find myself questioning - for every assignment - is this the issue I was asked to look into? Did I read that case right? Does this analysis make sense? And I end up reading the same cases over and over. Does anyone have advice for being more confident/efficient on tasks, especially research?

Hi Fishes, I need your advice!

I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!
