22lpa Accenture 17.5is fixed and 27percent variable 2.61 Joining Bonus Position is Team Lead Level 9
How do I negotiate with Accenture HR to increase my fixed pay? Currently trying to give more interviews. I want to know what are the benefits they r providing as well. Coz I need childcare facility after the pandemic.

Turns out a digital media wrote me to have permission to use my picture, and when I said yes, they said they were looking for some other picture because I had already given permission to the competitors, which I didn't.

I’m pretty sure colleagues at my firm are inflating their billable hours. Is this the norm? I suspect many of you will think this is obvious and/or that I’m naive but wtf? We’re looking for a way to keep track of who’s working on what (not specific tasks but more like what deals, status of those deals, capacity).

If you receive an offer that doesn’t include a sign-on bonus, is it kosher to counter and include a sign-on bonus? How would you introduce that?
