What would be the best way to transition from audit in public accounting to an operations role?

Currently I'm working as a BA, have 1.8 years of experience getting 11 Fixed.
I'm married and live with my wife and parents.
Currently I'm the sole earner.
I confused in which area should i improve my skills. When I see my friend who are SDE getting 30-40 LPA, In which field I will getting fast growth also I want to shift to Mumbai or Pune for permanently, currently I'm working in Gurgaon.

Looking to get in the field of Project Management or Product Management. Currently working in the field of Ad Operations. Any advice where to start and what steps to get into one of those fields?

I have two offers, one from Am Law 100 firm and one from Am Law 200 firm. Am Law 200 firm is offering 40K more (otherwise the firms have same hours target and, based on discussions, similar culture). I’m trying to decide between the two based on long term career prospects, both offer opportunity for NEP (not sure how realistic it is at either). Also not sure of overall earning potential down the road. Is the 40K now worth it or am I likely to make that up at the Am Law 100 firm in the future?

I want to move into a sales training role that will take into consideration my sales experience? Don't want to start from scratch. What job titles should I be looking for?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range.
