I'm into SG7 grade with 9.5 YOE and my CTC is 34 LPA. Am I underpaid?

If you think you are underpaid, I have 12 years of experience and my grade is SG8, but my salary is only 25 LPA + bonus. The salary ranges at Ford seems quite unusual.

I joined Ford 2 years ago at 23 lpa fixed as sg8 non hthd. Now 27 lpa fixed....

Is it for hthd sg8 salaries like 40-50 lpa.....?

Once you get above 2lac/m just focus on quality of life, wlb and growth. Dont run behind package as u will never be rich enough to lead luxury lifestyles. I was just planning for a foreign vacation now and realize even 1 crore CTC will not make me book those high end hotels which costs 1lac/night

I know SG7's btwn 4 yoe and 15 yoe, and CTC ranges from 15 to 40 lpa.. So, I'll leave it you to decide bro :)

@ford I did two switches, my second company adjusted the CTC few times based on their limit. I dont know if I am market standard or above or below. I am getting now 2.5 lac/m inhand, just completed 12 year. 4 year back I was getting 40000/m. I just compare with my previous self and check if I am in better position each year.
