1. If you are at a job that you love, the first thing you need to do is to turn off the feature that you are looking for new opportunities. Although this will not stop DMs, it will definitely reduce them. Any DMs you may get after that, simply be honest. Tell them that you appreciate their reaching out, but that you are currently happy in your current role. I advise you always reply and don't leave people on "Read," as you never know when the tide may turn and you may actually be the one reaching out to them.
2. The day you dread getting up and going into the office, that's the day you need to start looking for something else.

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.

Question for 2020 summit:
Is there ever a perfect time to switch your role in an agency (Strat to account, account to creative etc.)? Or do you have to start from the ground up?

What are some tips to establish a healthy balance of work/life and avoid burn out? I find that it’s so easy to start obsessing over the emails and work that is still left to be done.
