Hi. How does the rehire process work at Cognizant? I have cleared both the technical and project technical rounds. HR said she initiated the rehire process and it needs some time since it's a multi-level approval. It's been almost 10 days and there's been no response from HR. And she's not replying either. Does anyone have any idea?

I need some career advice. I finished my master's degree in international law (B.A.Sc international relations) but I am not sure where to go from here. I always wanted to join a big firm and I've applied to different vacancies in international firms/companies but got rejected from all of them.

Currently I'm senior operations executive in infy, i got 2 offer. 1.cognizant - program Analyst with 7.2lpa and 2. Amdocs - functional test engineer with 8.8lpa.
I'm from tamilnadu, CTS Is chennai and amdocs is pune.
Can u suggest me which is good ??

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
Will the work load varies? Do they assign work according to the CTC???

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Is bfs account Contract get extended or they simply release and we get bach to parent (cts), for another project is complete bgv happening or they just handle from their side?

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?
