I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

Sort of houseplant related... but does anyone actually have experience with large fake plants, specifically the best places to get them? I have a large collection of live houseplants but I wanted a large (5’) fake plant for a place in my house that gets little to no sunlight. A lot of the ones I’ve seen look super cheap for how much they cost and I figured someone here might have some good advice :) TIA

What house plants are NOT toxic to cats? I swear every time I go to buy a new plant and look it up it says “toxic to pets”. I have a dumb cane which I know is toxic but didn’t realize when I bought it so now I just keep it in the laundry room away from my cat when I’m at work but that means no daytime sunlight. Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. The partner and I have kept in touch since I joined my new firm and I feel like his invitation is a great networking opportunity since the client (who I have worked with before) is on a number of boards.
