Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4). I wanted that raise to $90k for a while and now that I have it, I catch myself thinking about wanting more & more money, even though I have more than enough to live out my means. Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

Hi so I need help. I currently work to bring clients into the company i work at for web design, social media management, and brand strategy. I also do this as feeelance on the side, so where do I draw the line between who I refer to the company I work for or who I personally do freelance for? I don’t want to short out the company I work for but also love freelance and am more than capable of the work.

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?
