I keep hearing one of my 2 roommates complain about how she feels like she’s “burning out”. The other roommate and myself are both consultants and typically work 11-12 hour days daily. The one complaining about burn out works from 10am to 2-3pm with an hour of lunch off. How do I politely tell her that she doesn’t understand what burn out means?
