I am currently working in Siemens and have 5.9 year of experience and got offer from IBM ISL for 7A band in Mass 360 product.

Shall I consider joining IBM ISL ? How is it in terms of learning, growth and job security and long run? Also what is the expected CTC at this experience and band.

I’m at a midsize firm in the Midwest and I’ve noticed that we’ve hired multiple associates who all graduated law school the same year. Some are coming from clerkships, other firms, etc., but they’re all on the same graduation year. This feels like it’s setting up a squeeze down the road for these folks with respect to partnership. Is there something I’m missing or is this something that will cause issues down the road?
