I've been struggling with anxiety and depression that's being exacerbated by current shitty work situation. It's made doing my job difficult at times and people have noticed. A CD asked me what's been going on lately. I wanted to tell him, but ended up skirting the issue bc I didn't feel comfortable enough to tell him about some my mental health. I'm afraid of being seen as weak or somehow not fit for this high stress job/environment. Advice?
