Hi I attended the L2 interview round for the AI/ML role on Jan 27 and submitted the CDF2 form on Feb 6. After that, I haven’t received any update regarding my onboarding.

I contacted the contractor team, and they informed me that currently there is no vacancy available in Coimbatore for this position. They mentioned they are trying to move my profile to another location but have not been able to reach the POC.Since I already relieved from my previous company after getting selected for this role

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

Is Cognizant Consulting same as Cognizant Business Consulting? And how much it is different from CTS?

I am to interview with CTS for Product owner/ manager. Any specific things I should watch out for? Interviewing for Duckcreek. What’s the salary range I can expect?

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
Will the work load varies? Do they assign work according to the CTC???
