Hi, I got an external offer with decent hike. They have given 7 days to acknowledge on the offer. I am planning to try few other good roles in pipeline before joining them. Is it normal in Ireland to accept the offer now and later inform that I won't be able to make it if I get a much good offer? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
