I’m a Consulting Technical Project Manager IC4 and newly acquired through acquisition. Can someone explain the bonus and equity structure? In my previous role we had a bonus structure per year based on hitting goals and a target amount and then also an RSU equity program that most got (if you were the right level) but managers could adjust. What is it here?

I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. I’m a patent pros. paralegal working in bio/chem at my firm, 26 yo with an MS in Chem at 100k and a 115 hr billable req.

I like where I’m at and I know that once I start down the tech spec/agent/attorney path, it’s going to be full speed. How long do you think I can/should stay in this position before starting to study?
