I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in. My firm typically does insurance defense, but we take plaintiffs cases here and there. Is it typical that work done by associates on contingency cases isn’t counted toward their billable hour requirements unless and until we receive our fee on the case? This is my first experience with this, but it’s hard for me to reach my hours as is, without spending time on non billable cases like this with no assurance that I’ll see billable credit at the end.

It's over a month I had applied for a job post at career portal of accenture and still it is showing your application is under evaluation. My job CID no is C7183481. And now I am unable apply for other job openings too. Can anyone help me to apply for job post also and to know about the status of this applied position.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months.
