Hi. I got offer from Ge Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers. I am having 7 years of experience with tech stack .Net, Azure and React. Both are SSE posts.
In Siemens they are offering 28 LPA all fixed. In Ge Healthcare they are offering 31LPA of which 29 is the fixed part and rest is variable. I have still 35 days np left. Which would be better to join?

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The acquisition was public so they can see Im no longer employed with the most recent work history on my resume
