Hi I got terminated from Infosys after working for 5 months bcz of some misconduct. After that incident I started working for any startup since a year. also Infosys only provided service letter do I have any chance of getting job in MNCs in future or this is the end.

Listen, nothing can right off your future if you are really willing and have really powerful skills.
It makes it hard, you will face some rejection but that also means you will have to work on becoming really good at your skills.
Also if this ever comes up in discussion on interview process, before them finding it out, you try to be open about it, admit your mistake, maybe if you were young, attribute it to your young age and poor judgement of consequences of your actions. Own up your mistake not with a guilty but with a face that you have made a mistake, suffered it's consequences, realised what you did was wrong, took some required actions to change and now you are much more responsible, have proved it with your work, positions you held and clients you handled professionally.

This is the only true path ahead for you.

And frankly, it's ok, I don't see it as big deal personally, people make mistakes, that's not end of the career for them.

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
