I’m having trouble finding resources on operational due diligence - I’m trying to study for an interview and can’t seem to find a lot of good things online about it. Any advice / leads?

I am relocating to Charlotte NC November 30th and on the career hunt . I have experience in HR, hospitality, social work, customer service, and education. I’ll graduate with my Master of Social Work in May 2023. I’ve been applying to a few things but no luck. I’m open to trying new career fields and to hybrid, on-site , or remote work. How do you get experience when no one will hire you? I wouldn’t mind hanging a shingle but I feel it’d be irresponsible to do so with no experience. Unlike all of my classmates, I never landed an internship/externship in law school - had only one interview. I was a PT law student, came from a CS background, and worked in IT throughout law school. I passed the bar exam on my first try (Oct 2020) and have only had a couple interviews out of the hundreds of applications I sent out. Any suggestions?
