Hi,i had accepeted cts offer letter and filled all fomalities.1 month notice period left in my current compant.Now,when i check in RIA (CTS's AI) , it is showing ::Unfortunately our records indicate that your application is not being considered for the job you applied for.

Earlier (may be 3 weeks back),when used RIA (they sent a link to communicate with that chatbot to confirm DOJ etc),it used to show joining designation and other info.

Im a 6th year associate working for a company that I plan to stay at long term. Currently working under a G.C. that does not analyze anything from a legal perspective, occupies herself with mostly admin/operational issues, and doesnt give any direction on how she wants things “handled.” Just looking for any suggestions from people who have successfully dealt with this before.

When I moved in-house a year ago as a BigLaw mid-level, I took a 45% pay cut, far more than I was comfortable with (although I was fine with a 20-30% cut). I took the job because it was a great role and I was focused on making the jump in house and developing the skills I wanted, which required me moving away from my firm practice area. Now that my year-end review is coming up, how do I ask my company for a significant pay raise (not just a 2-5% inflation-matching raise)?

Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?
