Hi, i had an interview for Associate position in Finance last week. The interview was for 30 mins, but went till 45 mins. It went decent i believe as they asked current CTC and all. Can anyone help me with the questions below:

1) How many rounds does JP take for Associate role?

2) What is the salary range for Associate role?

3) Does it hire based on reference or also give chances to outside talent?

Not thrilled about having to fly United for this engagement. No status on any airline- any ACN promotions going on right now?

Living in a ~700 unit rental building with 50+ staff - any suggested holiday tipping? Staff at the building come and go all the time (we just got a whole new wave of doormen in November)

So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public? (Drugs, sexual, inappropriate clothes, and sometimes like strip clubs- some parts). I know it is right to present us but I just feel it is not the right way to show who we are. I wish the pride where everybody can connect in a more friendly way (outdoor game- team work, dance, drink something not too sexual.) there are some good parts of pride tho. Any opinions?
