I have 2 offers with me as a QA analyst with 4 years of experience in automation domain.
One is with Thoughtworks and one is with Availity.
I got confused to choose the one I need to go. Both packages are similar.
Availity has WFH option where as TW has Hybrid.
Can anyone let me know where I can join?
It could be very helpful for me to take a decision.

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.
